fishing<\/strong>\u00a0industry, based in Saldanha.<\/li><li>Yzerfontein harbour produces the largest amount of line fish in the country.<\/li><li>It has the largest colony of gannets, based at Lamberts Bay.<\/li><li>It has a\u00a0<strong>Fossil park.<\/strong><\/li><li>Groote Post vineyard produces Chardonnay of choice for SAA business class and has won many awards.<\/li><li>Darling Cellars, the largest local producer of a fine selection of wines is based in the Biosphere.<\/li><li>Most large industries in the area are currently\u00a0<strong>BBBEE compliant.<\/strong><\/li><li>The Swartland wheat fields described as the \u201c<strong>Breadbasket of South Africa\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0are part of the Biosphere.<\/li><li>Langebaan hosts the largest hobie\u00a0<strong>cat sailing regatta\u00a0<\/strong>in the country every Easter weekend.<\/li><li>The\u00a0<strong>World championship sailboard competition<\/strong>\u00a0is annually held at Big Bay.<\/li><li>Blouberg is one of the\u00a0<strong>top five kite surfing venues\u00a0<\/strong>in the world.<\/li><li>The\u00a0<strong>Berg River\u00a0<\/strong>estuary is one of the\u00a0<strong>largest salt producers<\/strong>\u00a0in country (Cerebos).<\/li><li>It is the home of the dried fish industry\u00a0<strong>(Bokkems).<\/strong><\/li><li>It has an excellent climate, lower rainfall and warmer winters than Cape Town; and cooler summers owing to the cold Atlantic<\/li><li>It still has large open spaces and a\u00a0<strong>BIG blue unpolluted
